HOW DO I CREATE A LISTING?
Once your account is created, simply follow the steps on the create listing page and complete the product info form. Your listing will be live within the same day approved.
How & when will i get paid?
Sellers can arrange payment directly with the buyer. If a buyer purchases through the website, the seller will receive the payout within 7-10 days of confirmation from buyer.
CAN I CHAT WITH BUYERS/SELLERS?
Yes - if the seller approves direct communication. If the seller prefers TGM to handle communications, we will then act as intermediary. But do not panic, we aim to share updates or enquiries within the hour to/from the seller.
are there any seller fees?
The Gym Market does not charge any commission or listing fees for sellers. Website transactions may incur a small % fee, however, this is imposed by the payment platform used (i.e. PayPal, Stripe), not by TGM.
what if my item is not selling?
At The Gym Market, we're here to help - if your listing is not getting the attention it deserves, we offer a buying service to take your old gym equipment off your hands. You can contact us here for more details: TGM Buying Team.
